Cancelling an Appointment
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot by calling us or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may forfeit any advance payment made to reserve a coating or PPF bay slot, since that time is reserved exclusively for your vehicle.
